
Ingredients :
| 2pcs Egg yolk | |||
| 30g Sugar | |||
| 100g Egg white | |||
| 50g Sugar | |||
| 60g Cake flour | |||
| 20g Cornstarch | |||
| 20g Cocoa Powder Plastic Icing |
1. Beat egg yolks and sugar
2. Beat egg white and sugar
3. Mix number 1 and 2
4. Add cake flour, cornstarch, and cocoa powder
5. Pour into the mold
6. Bake at 260C for 7 minutes
7. Decorate them with plastic icing
*You may add chocolate chip before baking
