Animal cupcakes

I used chocolate muffin recipe instead of original cupcake recipe. I guess it tastes nicer.


Ingredients :

2pcs Egg yolk
30g Sugar
100g Egg white
50g Sugar
60g Cake flour
20g Cornstarch
20g Cocoa Powder Plastic Icing

1. Beat egg yolks and sugar
2. Beat egg white and sugar
3. Mix number 1 and 2
4. Add cake flour, cornstarch, and cocoa powder
5. Pour into the mold
6. Bake at 260C for 7 minutes
7. Decorate them with plastic icing

*You may add chocolate chip before baking
